Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 6, 2026

1. Our Commitment

We are committed to making our service accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, and to providing an equal, respectful, independent and safe experience.

This statement describes the accessibility of the Collekto platform. We develop the platform to conform with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines at conformance Level AA.

2. Conformance Level

The platform is designed and continually improved to conform with IS 5568 / WCAG 2.1 Level AA. It is built on accessible interface components with full support for Hebrew and right-to-left (RTL) layout alongside English and left-to-right (LTR) layout. We are continually working to improve accessibility and welcome your feedback.

3. Accessibility Features

The platform includes, among others, the following accessibility features:

  • Full keyboard navigation, including a Skip to main content link.
  • Support for screen readers through semantic structure and ARIA attributes.
  • A clearly visible keyboard focus indicator.
  • Resizable text and page zoom up to 500% without loss of content.
  • Full bilingual support - Hebrew with true RTL and English with LTR.
  • An on-site accessibility adjustment widget (see below).

4. The Accessibility Widget

A floating accessibility button appears at the bottom corner of every page. Opening it lets you adjust:

  • Text size: enlarge the text across the whole site in several steps.
  • High contrast: switch to a high-contrast color scheme.
  • Highlight links: emphasize all links so they stand out.
  • Readable font: switch to a more legible font.
  • Stop animations and reading guide: reduce motion and animation effects across the site, and show a ruler that follows the pointer.

You can open and close the widget at any time using the keyboard shortcut Alt + A. Your choices are saved on your device and restored on your next visit.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts to make all pages accessible, some content may not yet be fully accessible - in particular screens provided by third-party services (such as authentication or payment providers) that are not fully under our control. We continue to work to improve and remediate these areas.

6. Accessibility Coordinator and Contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need assistance, please contact our accessibility coordinator:

We will make every effort to respond and address your request within a reasonable time.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

If you contacted us regarding an accessibility issue and did not receive an adequate response, you have the right to take further action.

You may contact the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities: Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
